SIX STARS IF I COULD! If you are looking for a real estate agent, Karen Richman is the only name you need to know. She is absolutely the most engaged agent I have ever worked with. We were moving across the country, from California to New Jersey on a very tight timeline. Buying a home is stressful enough, but when you are 3,000 miles away you need an agent who is savvy, knowledgable and easy to work with. I was able to come look at houses for only a few days. Karen dedicated nearly 2 1/2 days showing me around the area. Not only did she show me houses she gave me a guided tour of the entire area. Unfortunately, I left empty handed. And that's when Karen really stepped it up. Over the next few weeks she went to multiple open houses and toured several homes all while using FaceTime so we could see too.
